The morning workout meant to deliver to you the energy and the most positive vibes to make you have a great start of the day!

The workout focus mainly on static combinations of exercises in order to target most of the muscles in our body, performed at a medium level of intensity.

But, don’t be surprised if from some time to time a bit of cardio will be experienced, just to make your body change the rhythm.
