Your time out from working hard, from stress, from being constantly plugged in!
We relax, we stretch our tensed muscles and joints in order to release the stiffness and the tensions from our body. From the head to the bottom, our only focus is to release, to feel like letting go of everything and anything that keeps our bodies trapped like in a cage of steel! The body follows the mind and the other way around!
Anyone can join. Options will be given if anyone will feel fatigue or if any participant has any kind of health problems.
Accessories: mat, towel, rubber bands.
