Now we are talking about power training! The perfect mix between strength and speed!
Combos of fitness exercises are put together in such a way in order to elevate your heart rate and to keep you in a high intensity zone of working out. From static to dynamic, only static, only dynamic, there is no rule just the one of the maximizing your effort and time! There are sessions of 20 to 40 seconds of work and parts of rest of 10 to 15 seconds to catch your breath and focus!
Anyone can join. Options will be given if anyone will feel fatigue or if any participant has any kind of health problems.
During the workout dumbbells will be used, a mat and bodyweight.
Intensity level: medium to hard
Participants: from beginner to advanced
