As the name stands for, this type of workout blends together fitness exercises to activate your entire muscle system. From the basic squats to the power of the burpees, your body will feel the difference from before and after.
Anyone can join. Options will be given if anyone will feel fatigue or if any participant has any kind of health problems.
During the workout dumbbells will be used, a mat and occasionally rubber bands.
